PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building collapse preventive construction method that can prevent a building from collapsing owing to long-cycle earthquake motion, and is easily and speedily applied to an existing building having a base isolation structure.;SOLUTION: A building collapse preventive construction method includes a process of creating an anchor (4) penetrating a bottom board (31) of a base isolation pit (3) in an area nearby a side face (11) of a building (1), and a process of connecting the anchor (4) and a part of the building (1) above the base isolation structure (2) to each other with a connection member (JT), which has an attenuation device (6) made interjacent.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
