METHOD AND ASSEMBLY FOR MANUFACTURING ORTHODONTIC BONDING TRAY BY USING RAPID PROTO-TYPING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly for manufacturing an indirect bonding tray for orthodontic treatment of a tooth row, from a dental arch model of a patient which is manufactured by using digital data and a rapid proto-typing process.SOLUTION: A model includes one or more guides for orienting an orthodontic appliance at a desired position on the teeth of a dental arch model. A holder is connected to an arch wire slot of the appliance and is made to contact the guide so that the appliance may be moved to a target position for manufacturing an indirect bonding tray later.
