PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis method capable of highly accurately analyzing defect detection probability by an ultrasonic test by using a non-destructive testing weld test piece having a false defect in a weld metal.;SOLUTION: The analysis method includes: a step (A) for preparing a non-destructive testing weld test piece 10 having a false defect 3 in a weld metal 2 for welding a base material 1; a step (B) for acquiring radiographic test data 12 indicating relation between the dimensions of the false defect 3 and a measurement value based on a radiographic test by using the weld test piece 10; a step (C) for acquiring ultrasonic test data 14 indicating relation between the dimensions of the false defect 3 and the magnitude of a signal obtained by the ultrasonic test by using the weld test piece 10; and a step (D) for creating a POD curve 16 indicating the detection probability of the defect false 3 based on the ultrasonic test from the ultrasonic test data 14.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
