PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for specifying a thinned-out operation train capable of specifying a train which is thinned out such that passengers can be transported as many as possible preferentially without transfer to another means of transportation when a thinned out operation occurs.;SOLUTION: When a thinned-out operation occurs, for a thinned-out candidate train, each number of operational passengers in an operation-impossible section is calculated by subtracting the number obtained by specifying and summing-up the number of passengers in the operation-impossible section from the number obtained by specifying and summing-up the number of passengers in an operation-possible section and, as the result, the candidate train of the fewest number of operational passengers is specified as a thinned-out objective train.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
