This study provides a description of a unified model of a passenger train, including an AC electric locomotive with a ЄII1M series DC commutator traction motor, as well as 61–836 (reserved seat) and 61-820K (compartment) series passenger cars. This unified model combines three subsystems - electrical, mechanical and pneumatic. The initial data for the selection of control actions during movement can be both the recorder of motion and automatic operation parameters data and the calculated parameter values. The developed model quite accurately describes the processes of movement, their numerical values and the nature of changes in all modes of train movement, the error is no more than 4.5%. Such an approach allows precisely reproducing the real train movement and investigating various processes.
