PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED unit and a dental LED shadowless lamp capable of achieving improvement of assembling property of a lighting fixture.;SOLUTION: In the shadowless LED unit 10 equipped with an LED 16 and a reflecting mirror 12 which is arranged opposing to the LED 16 and reflects light of the LED 16, at the reflecting mirror 12, a plurality of connected recessed reflecting mirrors 14 are formed so that a prescribed irradiation range 21A at a position separated by a prescribed distance is irradiated. At both end portions of these recessed reflecting mirrors 14, a shadowless reflecting face 18 is installed so that a light beam of the LED 16 is directed to the center region Ra in the prescribed range.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
