PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel resin composition for a reverse wavelength dispersion film, which exhibits excellent saponification processing resistance, transparency, positive birefringence and reverse wavelength dispersion property.;SOLUTION: The resin composition for a reverse wavelength dispersion film comprises a modified polysaccharide (A) in which at least one functional group selected from the group consisting of a hydroxyl group, a carboxyl group and an amino group possessed by a polysaccharide is chemically modified with at least one functional group selected from the group consisting of an urethane group, an urea group, an amide group and an imide group. When the resin composition for a reverse wavelength dispersion film is formed into a film having a film thickness of 80 μm, the film shows an absolute value of reflection chromaticity b* of 0 to 1.0 determined in accordance with JIS-Z8729.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
