PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller clamp capable of performing an infusion by a natural instillation and, even if a free flow prevention mechanism is provided by being incorporated in an infusion device, being adaptable thereto; and to provide the infusion device having the same.;SOLUTION: A roller clamp RC comprises: a clamp body 10 including a bottom 11, and side walls 12 and 13 extending facing each other from the both edges of the bottom 11; guide grooves 16 and 17 formed on facing surfaces such as the side wall 12 and the like; and a flow-rate regulating roller 20. The guide groove 16 and the like comprises: a regulation guide groove 16a and the like extending in such a manner that an interval between itself and the bottom 11 is gradually narrowed from one side towards the other side; a stop guide groove 16b and the like extending from one end of the regulation guide groove 16 and the like towards the side of the bottom 11; and an engagement recess 16c and the like provided at the end of the stop guide groove 16b and the like. The flow-rate regulating roller 20 comprises a support shaft 22 supported by the guide groove 16 and the like, and a roller 21 provided at the central side in the axial direction of the support shaft 22.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
