PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately change the setting of a grace period according to a system using personnel information and obtain personnel information according to the grace period of which setting has been changed.;SOLUTION: A personnel information output device includes: a personnel information storage unit 104 for storing personnel information in which generation information is managed; a grace condition storage unit 114 for storing grace conditions that are setting conditions of a grace period according to a system using the personnel information; and a personnel information output unit 150 that obtains the personnel information based on the grace conditions from the personnel information storage unit 104 and outputs the obtained personnel information.
