PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid preparation for internal use improving variation in moisture absorption and flowability of the preparation with time, especially to provide a moisture absorption inhibitor and an agent improving time-dependent flowability, and to provide a solid preparation containing carnitine or salt thereof improving moisture absorption and time-dependent flowability.;SOLUTION: Dimethyl polysiloxane or a derivative thereof is effectively utilized as an agent improving moisture absorption and time-dependent flowability. Namely, the solid preparation for internal use contains: (A) at least one compound selected from carnitine or salt thereof; and (B) at least one compound selected from dimethyl polysiloxane or a derivative thereof. A method of inhibiting moisture absorption in the solid preparation for internal use and/or improving time-dependent flowability of the solid preparation for internal use comprises the step of blending (B) at least one compound selected from dimethyl polysiloxane or a derivative thereof. A method of producing the solid preparation for internal use inhibiting moisture absorption and/or improving time-dependent flowability comprises the step of blending (B) at least one compound selected from dimethyl polysiloxane or a derivative thereof.
