PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device or the like, capable of effectively preventing a ticket from being resold.;SOLUTION: A server stores purchase verification information for verifying that the ticket is normally purchased, and then receives purchaser information with a ticket purchaser and the first loss linked directly to a loss of the ticket purchaser correlated each other, from a customer terminal. Then, the server receives purchase verification request information including a purchase verification applying person of applying purchase verification, and the second loss direct-linked information, from the customer terminal, determines the propriety of issuing the purchase verification, based on the purchaser information and the purchase verification request information, and transmits the purchase verification information to the customer terminal, when the purchase verification is determined to be issued.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
