PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic peeling agent which is used for forming an antistatic peelable coating film and has excellent storage stability.SOLUTION: The antistatic peeling agent contains: an electroconductive polymer complex comprising a -conjugated electroconductive polymer and a polyanion having an anionic group in one molecule thereof; an alkali compound; silicone; and a dispersion medium. The silicone is used for forming an emulsion. The alkali compound is at least one compound selected from the group consisting of an inorganic alkali compound, an amine compound, and a nitrogen-containing aromatic cyclic compound. The content of the alkali compound in the antistatic peeling agent is 0.7 or more times of the molar number being the neutralization equivalent of the electroconductive polymer complex and the antistatic peeling agent has the pH equal to or lower than 10 at 25°C.
