PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road closure system capable of surely stopping the passage of a vehicle and surely closing a road while assuring the safety of an attendant who closes the road and preventing the vehicle from being damaged, and a road closing method and a program.;SOLUTION: The road closure system is constituted of a road closing device 1 installed on an approach path of an expressway and an operation device installed in a remote position. The road closing device 1 comprises: an information display panel 52 for displaying warning information indicative of closure of a road; a temporary closing device 2 for closing the road by a soft closing curtain 22; a regular closing device 3 for closing the road by rod members 32 made of a material harder than that of the closing curtain 22; and a video camera 7 for capturing a vehicle traveling on the approach path or an open road. The operation device has a display device for displaying a captured image of the video camera 7, an operation terminal connected to the road closing device 1, and an input device for inputting regarding an operation to the operation terminal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
