PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation method for alcoholic beverage that evaluates the generation of a breath offensive odor material after drinking, an evaluation device of alcoholic beverage that evaluates the generation of the breath offensive odor material after drinking, reduced breath offensive odor material alcoholic beverage after drinking that are evaluated using the evaluation method, and the evaluation method for the offensive odor material that causes the breath offensive odor material after drinking to be reduced.SOLUTION: The evaluation method sets up the threshold value of a breath offensive odor material after drinking alcoholic beverage, and evaluates 1) a difference between the breath offensive odor material concentration before drinking alcoholic beverage and the breath offensive odor material concentration after drinking alcoholic beverage and 2) characteristics of alcohol beverage by analyzing a difference between the breath offensive odor material concentration and the threshold value thereof as an index.
