PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for variously controlling a spatial distribution of smell.SOLUTION: An air stream having the smell is brought into collision with another air stream to change the direction of the air stream having the smell on the side of a user, to form a spatial distribution of the smell as if an origin of the smell exists at the collision position of the air streams of them, and further, the spatial distribution of the smell is variously controlled by controlling the air streams of them.
