This invention the zirconium which designates new N complex cyclic carbene as the base (or hafnium) as a catalytic converter for open ring polymerization of complex, and lactones reports those uses. These new catalytic converters are firm and poly applications, controlling force is shown and the molecular weight of the polymer and/or vis-a-vis stereochemistry, and high reactivity is shown, (low temperature application look-up).
