PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that various types of "rates" cannot be analyzed just by making aggregate analysis of electronic receipt data as a total number of health insurance associations and the like to which each patient is enrolled is unknown.SOLUTION: Information on all insured persons and dependents thereof obtained from a specific health insurance association or the like is compared with electronic receipt data to produce master data of unexamined persons comprising insured persons and dependents thereof not present in the electronic receipt data.
