PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a failure part specification system during a failure, in which quick restoration of a failure can be achieved, by specifying a failure component from an event of log information recorded in a computer system.;SOLUTION: A plurality of event collating part 200 inputs failure information 400 recorded in a log recording part 111 of a controller for a system management (BMC (Baseboard Management Controller)) 101 of a computer system 100, or error information 400 recorded in a log recording part 107 of an operating system (OS) 105. In consideration of a combination of events 201, an occurrence sequence of the events 202, and an occurrence interval (time) of the events 203, the plurality of event collating part 200 collates the plurality of event conditions registered in advance into an event database 210 with component information, to specify and output the failure component.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
