PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm consistency of registered component information with actually mounted component information.SOLUTION: An automobile production line management system includes: an assembly process having a reading device for reading the identification information of a component before the component is mounted on a vehicle and a result transmission device for transmitting the identification information of the read component for mounting the component on the vehicle; a vehicle inspection process having a reading device for reading the identification information of the component mounted on the vehicle with reading characteristics different from those of the reading device in the assembly process and a result collation device for transmitting the read identification information of the component; a vehicle detection device for transmitting the identification information of the vehicle in each of the assembly process and the inspection process; and a server having a database for storing the identification information received from the assembly process and the identification information of the vehicle in association and a collation part for collating the identification information stored in the database in association with the identification information of the vehicle from the inspection process corresponding to the identification information from the inspection process with the received identification information, and for transmitting the consistency/inconsistency of the identification information as the collation result to the result collation device.
