PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact shell plate heat exchanger capable of improving heat efficiency of the power generator plant by achieving a high performance of a heat exchanger accompanied by condensation, such as a feed-water heater or a moisture-separation supercharger, and a power generation plant including the same.SOLUTION: The power generation plant includes: a steam generator for introducing feed-water to generate stream; a steam turbine for introducing steam from the steam generator to drive a generator; a condenser for condensing the steam discharged from the steam turbine; and a heat exchanger for supplying the steam condensate of the condenser as feed water to the steam generator, and exchanging heat by using the feed water or the steam as heated fluids and extraction steam from the steam turbine as heating fluids. The heat exchanger fixes a unit formed by alternately stacking heat-conductive and heat-resistant plates in a pressure-resistant shell, and executes heat exchanging by forming a heated-fluid flow path and a heating-fluid flow path in each surface of the heat-conductive plate held between the pressure-resistant plates.
