PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone number control device and the like capable of granting a telephone number for securing a geographical identification property without using a GPS, depending on a position in which a radio communication terminal is installed.;SOLUTION: A telephone number control device comprises: telephone number distribution accumulation means for storing a telephone number in association with a characteristic amount including identifiers of one or more base stations as elements of the characteristic amount so that telephone numbers of radio communication terminals whose registered positions are comparatively close to each other are numbers in accordance with a predetermined number system; log information acquisition means for acquiring the identifiers of one or more base stations capable of communicating with a radio communication terminal from a log accumulation device; telephone number selection means for selecting any one telephone number available in accordance with a number system by retrieving the number system with the telephone number distribution accumulation means using the acquired identifiers of one or more base stations as a query; and telephone number rewrite means for transmitting a telephone number rewrite request including the selected telephone number to an external device.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
