PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a telephone system for externally making a call to a desired extension telephone terminal in a simple manner for an extension telephone network having a plurality of key numbers.;SOLUTION: A telephone control apparatus 100, when receiving a call request from a telephone terminal 200, causes a telephone switching apparatus 300 corresponding to the call request to perform the setting processing of telephone connection to an extension telephone number requested by the telephone terminal 200, and notifies the telephone terminal 200 of the key number of the telephone switching apparatus 300. The telephone terminal 200 having received that notification calls the key number, and the telephone switching apparatus 300 makes a connection to an extension telephone terminal 350 for which the call has been established.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
