Map reader, map reading program and map reading method

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a map reading device, map reading program and map reading method for accurately reading the longitude and latitude of a seal attached in an arbitrary position on a map image (92) and storing them associating with attributes included in a QR code of the seal.;SOLUTION: A map printing/reading device 10 prints out the map image (92) and two QR codes (94) on a sheet (90) and reads the sheet (90) on which a QR seal 150 is attached in an arbitrary position. When this sheet (90) is read, a pixel value is acquired from the two QR codes (94) and the QR code of the seal and the attributes are acquired from the QR code of the seal. Also, a computer 12 acquires the longitude and latitude placed at the upper left and lower right of the map image (92) from the two QR codes (94) and converts the pixel value of the QR code of the seal into longitude and latitude based on a transformation.
