PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new quality control method for barley flake, which elucidates an index correlative to an obtained wort essence concentration in barley flake and is based on new knowledge, a sparkling beverage and a method for producing the same.;SOLUTION: The quality control method for barley flake is performed by an information processor equipped with an input means and a control means.
