PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To streamline integrated access control based on a global policy while unifying management of authentication information and access right information.;SOLUTION: An access control system includes a user information management server apparatus 30 for managing correspondence information associating authentication identification information uniquely identifying an authentication server apparatus 20 and user identification information uniquely identifying users subject to user authentication by the authentication server apparatus 20.
