PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a job flow management device or the like which accurately estimates the execution start time even when constraints on execution are set.;SOLUTION: The job flow management device includes: a storage means storing job attribute data 110; a schedule management means 101 which instructs start of execution; a job flow definition interpreting means 103 which analyzes attributes of jobs; a job submit means 104 which transfers the jobs to request execution thereof; and an event notification means 105 which transmits a warning.
