PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a grasp of corresponding steps.;SOLUTION: A first calculation unit 1c refers to step names of respective steps included in a first flow chart 2a and in a second flow chart 2b that are accepted by an input reception unit 1a, and calculating a similarity between each step name of the first flow chart 2a and each step name of the second flow chart 2b. A second calculation unit 1d calculates a relative position in the first flow chart 2a for each step included in the first flow chart 2a, and calculates a relative position in the second flow chart 2b for each step included in the second flow chart 2b.
