PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a user's living area with high accuracy.;SOLUTION: There is provided an information distribution device which comprises an acquisition unit, a calculation unit, and a determination unit. The acquisition unit acquires an area where a user stayed as well as a date when the user stayed in the area. The calculation unit, based on the area and the date acquired by the acquisition unit, creates location information indicating whether the user stayed in the area for each predetermined date and for each area and obtains an autocorrelation of the created location information to calculate a score indicating whether the user stayed in the area periodically.
