PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit a mail for every group that has no problem if the groups are mutually recognized as mail receivers.;SOLUTION: A mail system causes a designated transmission destination storage part to store transmission destinations to which the mail is transmitted in such a manner as recognizing other transmission destinations, as "designated transmission destinations". For transmission destinations that are the designated transmission destinations, in the transmission destinations of the mail the transmission requests of which have been received from client devices, the mail system copies the mail so as to recognize other transmission destinations other than the designated transmission destinations; and, for transmission destinations that are not the designated transmission destinations, copies the mail so as not to recognize other transmission destinations other than the designated transmission destinations, sets the mail address of the transmission destination as the transmission destination; and transmits the mail.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
