PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agent which has YSK05 as an effective component and imparts a pH dependant cationic property to a lipid membrane structure, to provide the lipid membrane structure given the pH dependent cationic property thereby, and to provide a production method for the lipid membrane structure.;SOLUTION: An effective component of an agent is 1-methyl-4,4-bis[(9Z, 12Z)-octadeca-9,12-dien-1-yloxy]piperidine. A lipid structure impart a pH dependant cationic property to a lipid structure without giving an influence to a property such as a particle diameter and PDI of the lipid structure, improves membrane fusing performance with a biomembrane as the pH decreases, effectively involves a substance such as a siRNA and a drug, and also protects the involved substance from decomposing, etc. in a serum to stably hold it.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
