PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable cyclic phosphazene-based compound having a low dielectric constant and dielectric loss factor and high thermal stability, and a method for producing the same.;SOLUTION: A method of introducing 2-6 curable reactive groups to a cyclic phosphazene substance with 6 substitution positions and introducing substituents of various structures to the remaining positions can adjust the degree of curing, polarization and free volume of the molecule or the like.
