PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rescue signal azimuth detection device capable of promptly measuring an arrival azimuth and an emission position of a rescue signal even when the rescue signal is sent from a beacon having no positional information.;SOLUTION: A rescue signal azimuth detection device includes: a receiving unit 1 for generating an IQ signal obtained by removing an unnecessary component as a signal for detecting a rescue signal, from a radio signal received for detecting an azimuth of the rescue signal sent from an EPIRB; an analysis unit 11 for calibrating a receiving operation at the receiving unit 1 on the basis of an analysis result of a frequency of the IQ signal, and analyzing whether or not the radio signal received at the receiving unit 1 is the rescue signal on the basis of a result of conversion from the IQ signal to a symbol rate, and when the received radio signal is determined as the rescue signal, demodulating a rescue message included in the rescue signal; and a display unit 20 for displaying the demodulated rescue message together with an arrival azimuth measured at an azimuth measurement unit 16.
