PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of accurately measuring temperature of a sample to be measured in a minute amount cell.;SOLUTION: Temperature in each cell (T1, T2...) is made to change (S10). A spectrum is created for each temperature (S12). The main component score of the spectrum is calculated as specific values (A1, A2...) (S14, S16). The temperature in a capillary cell and the value of the score are plotted to create an analytical curve (S18). Temperature in a capillary holder (T1, T2...)is made to change (S20) and a spectrum is created for each temperature (S22). Specific values (A1, A2...) are calculated in the same procedure (S24) and the temperature in the capillary cell (T01, T02...) is acquired with the use of an analytical curve (analytical formula) (S26).
