PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of accurately measuring temperature of a sample to be measured in a minute amount cell.;SOLUTION: Temperature in each cell (T₁, T₂...) is made to change (S10). A spectrum is created for each temperature (S12). The main component score of the spectrum is calculated as specific values (A₁, A₂...) (S14, S16). The temperature in a capillary cell and the value of the score are plotted to create an analytical curve (S18). Temperature in a capillary holder (T₁, T₂...)is made to change (S20) and a spectrum is created for each temperature (S22). Specific values (A₁, A₂...) are calculated in the same procedure (S24) and the temperature in the capillary cell (T⁰₁, T⁰₂...) is acquired with the use of an analytical curve (analytical formula) (S26).
