PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow path switching valve, along with a delivery control apparatus, which is capable of performing a constant delivery control with high precision, while having superior sealability and response, without dripping of a fluid material such as grease to eliminate the necessity of suck back.SOLUTION: A flow path switching valve 13 has an injection side part 15 formed with an injection chamber 15a and an outer valve seating surface 21, and a delivery side part 16 provided with a partition member 22 formed with an inner valve seating surface 24. A delivery control block 32 communicating with a delivery chamber 16a is formed with a control flow path 33 which is increased and decreased in volume by a delivery rod 36. When filling the control flow path 33 with grease G, a valve element 25 closes the inner valve seating surface 24 and opens the outer valve seating surface 21. Alternatively, when discharging the grease G in the control flow path 33 to the delivery chamber 16a, the valve element closes the outer valve seating surface 21 and opens the inner valve seating surface 24. After being supplied to the control flow path 33, the grease G is supplied to the delivery chamber 16a.
