PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately correct blur accompanied with change in the size (magnification) of an image.SOLUTION: An image blur correction device 1 comprises: a motion detection unit 21 which detects a motion between temporally continuous images; and a motion correction unit 22 which corrects the images so as to cancel the motion detected by the motion detection unit. The motion detection unit 21 divides the images into blocks, detects the motion of the images in an optical axis direction for each corresponding block, and obtains a blur plane with respect to the images on the basis of the coordinates of the representative point of each block in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction of the images and the motion in the optical axis direction detected for each block. The motion correction unit 22 corrects the images on the basis of information on the blur plane.
