PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for optical waveguide materials and a resin film for optical waveguide materials, having high transparency and high heat resistance and moreover excellent in productivity, and to provide an optical waveguide using the same.;SOLUTION: There are provided resin compositions for optical waveguide materials comprising (A) fluorene di(meth)acrylate represented by general formula (I) and (B) a photoinitiator.
