PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightning-resistant fastener and a cap which improves workability and quality stability with lightening resistance assured and thereby enables a reduction in the manufacturing cost of an aircraft body, and to provide a method of mounting the lightning-resistant fastener.;SOLUTION: By forming a hole 32 in a cap 30 and by forming a screw groove 32a in the hole 32, the cap 30 is surely and easily positioned and mounted on a fastener member 24, and the cap 30 is surely prevented from falling even after the mounting. Moreover, locking portions 60 prevent the cap 30 from loosening from the fastener member 24. Assuring the lightning-resistant performance, this structure enables the improvement of the workability, the suppression of the manufacturing cost, and the mounting of the cap 30 with stable quality without relying on a worker.
