PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly mold a shade guide of high shading accuracy matching the shade of a cured dental composite resin, using an actual dental composite resin, so that in dental crown restoration a dental composite resin matching the shade of a patient's natural tooth can be selected from a plurality of dental composite resins having many kinds of shades.;SOLUTION: A shade guide molding portion 11 for molding a shade guide part 2 of a shade guide 1 is recessed in the upper surface 10a of a molding plate 10, and a handle-holding groove 12 for holding a handle member 3 of the shade guide 1 is provided next to the shade-guide molding portion 11. While the handle member 3 is held in the handle-holding groove 12, a photo-curable dental composite resin paste P is filled in the shade-guide molding portion 11 and the upper surface of the portion 11 within an opening region can be tightly pressed by the inner surface 13a of a cover 13.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
