PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flux-cored wire for two-electrode horizontal fillet gas shield arc welding which, when used in a two-electrode horizontal fillet gas shielded arc welding method, can realize good welding workability, bead shape, and resistance to porosity at a welding speed of 1.5 to 2.0 m/min (leg length 5 to 6 mm).;SOLUTION: The flux-cored wire has a flux filled into a steel casing. The flux-cored wire contains, by mass% based on the total mass of the wire, 2.5 to 4.0% of Ti oxide in terms of TiO₂; 1.5 to 3.5% of Fe oxide in terms of FeO, wherein a ratio of Ti oxide in terms of TiO₂ to Fe oxide in terms of FeO is 1.0 to 2.5; 0.7 to 1.2% of Si oxide in terms of SiO₂; 0.4 to 1.0% of Zr oxide in terms of ZrO₂; 0.1 to 0.7% Al; 0.1 to 0.7% Mg; 0.06 to 0.20% of fluorine compound in terms of F; and 0.06 to 0.30% in the total of one or more of alkali metal compound in terms of Na₂O and in terms of K₂O.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
