PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an A1000-series aluminum alloy material for pulse laser welding capable of preventing occurrence of abnormal portions and of uniformly forming a favorable welding portion, and also to provide a battery case. PSOLUTION: The aluminum alloy material for pulse laser welding comprises by mass, 0.35% Si, 0.6% Fe, 0.1% Cu, 0.05% Mn, 0.05% Mg, 0.1% Zn, 0.01% Ti and the balance Al.
