PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for collecting and removing the floating suspended substances comprising heavy metals such as zinc at high efficiency when separating such substances from the water to be treated using microbubbles to remove in treatment of wastewater discharged from a plating facility.;SOLUTION: The method includes blending, in the water to be treated: a collecting agent comprising amines having 8-14C alkyl or the salts thereof, or sulfuric ester of 8-14C higher alcohol or the salt thereof; a collection auxiliary agent comprising the hydroxide salt or acid of alkali metals or alkaline-earth metals; and a foaming agent comprising ≤8C lower alcohols or ≤8C lower ketones.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
