PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum heat insulating material which has improved productivity, can be manufactured with ordinary equipment, is excellent in heat insulating performance, and is not costly, and to provide a heat insulation box that uses the vacuum heat insulating material, a device that uses the vacuum heat insulating material and a method for manufacturing the vacuum heat insulating material.;SOLUTION: The vacuum heat insulating material has an outer packaging member 2 of gas barrier property and a core material 4 enclosed in the outer packaging member 2, with a groove 9 formed on its front surface, while with a projection ridge 10 corresponding to the groove 9 formed on the rear surface of the surface where the groove 9 is formed, whereas the groove 9 and the projection ridge 10 are so formed that the thicknesses t1, t2, t3 in the heat insulating direction are made even by isochor deformation, while their deformation range of widths L1, L2 are made approximately equal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
