PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a vacuum heat insulating material excelling in productivity, handleability and heat insulating performance.;SOLUTION: In this method for manufacturing a vacuum heat insulating material, a sheet-like fiber assembly 1J is wound around a winding frame 16 in a predetermined length coil-like form by a nonwoven fabric web roll 1H; the sheet-like fiber assembly 1J wound around the winding frame 16 is clamped at two parts such as a winding finish end 1Je and the side facing thereto to be extracted from the winding frame 16; a core material 4 of a laminate structure having a flat shape is formed by being pulled; the core material 4 of the laminate structure having the flat shape is enclosed in an outer wrapping material 2 from an end side becoming a final folding-back completion part out of both longitudinal ends of the flat shape; and thereafter the inside of the outer wrapping material 2 is evacuated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
