PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably and with good reproducibility predetermine a prescribed region in a bone of a second middle finger of a left hand or a right hand from radiation images used for a quantitative analysis of bone-salt.;SOLUTION: In a quantitative analysis method of bone-salt for obtaining the bone-salt quantity of a bone part from a radiation image PR, imaging the bone part, a predetermined region in the bone to be an analysis object by image processing (for example, a second middle hand bone B2L of a left hand LH) is specified as an analysis object site from the radiation image PR.
