PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an analyst to recognize that reliability of an analysis result is low when a radiation image is photographed with a bone structure in an incorrect posture in a bone mineral quantity analysis method by a DIP method.;SOLUTION: When calculating bone mineral quantity of a bone part by using a certain radiation image, a past radiation image which is obtained before the radiation image is obtained and used for a bone mineral analysis of the same bone part as the bone part is prepared, factors about an arrangement state of a predetermined bone structure including the bone part of an analysis object are compared between the past radiation image and the radiation image, a determination part 44 determines whether a difference amount between both compared factors exceeds a permissible value.
