α1 microglobulin and its gene, anti-α1 microglobulin antibody, and kit for diagnosis and diagnosis of feline nephropathy

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibody specific to cat-originated 1 microglobulin, and a method and a kit for quickly and simply diagnosing feline nephropathy by using the same. PSOLUTION: A protein having an amino acid sequence comprising a specific sequence, and a structural gene encoding the protein, preferably a structural gene having a base sequence comprising a specific sequence are provided. An antibody specifically binding to cat-originated 1 microglobulin is also provided, preferably, the antibody is produced using a cell line, Mouse-Mouse hybridoma 1-m mAb1 (Acceptance Number: FERM AP-21910), or a cell line, Mouse-Mouse hybridoma 1-m mAb2 (Acceptance Number: FERM AP-21911) with the protein as an antigen.
