PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an application arrangement system or the like for arranging applications for the necessary number of servers among a plurality of servers in a short time.;SOLUTION: An application server includes: a storage part for storing information of another application server in which applications are propagated and arranged; and an arrangement part for arranging the applications in its own application server by receiving the arrangement request of the applications, and for transmitting the arrangement request of the applications to the other application server whose information is stored in the storage part. The arrangement request of the applications includes information on the number of arrangement norms, and when arranging the applications in the own application server, the arrangement part updates the received number of arrangement norms by subtracting 1, and when the updated number of arrangement norms is equal to or more than 1, the arrangement part transmits the arrangement request of the applications to the other application server whose information is stored in the storage part based on the updated number of arrangement norms.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
