PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for confirming the suffering situation of a potentially suffering customer.;SOLUTION: This system includes: a means for receiving first suffering situation data; a means for receiving relevant data including transaction information, article information and borrowing information on a customer; a means for generating a potential suffering customer list from the first suffering situation data and the relevant data; a means for calling on the basis of the contact destination of a customer included in the list; a means for updating the contact existence/nonexistence information of the list upon success in calling; a means for updating the suffering existence/nonexistence information of the list based on the input suffering existence/nonexistence information on the customer; a means for extracting suffering unconfirmed customer data from the list at predetermined time intervals and extracting data indicating a suffering rate by suffering occurrence area; a means for generating the latest suffering information based on second suffering situation data and the data indicating the suffering rate; and a means for regenerating the suffering potential customer list based on the relevant data and the suffering unconfirmed customer data that are updated on the basis of the latest suffering information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
