PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a use situation management device, a use situation processing program, and a use situation management system capable of collecting device use situations considering even use periods of an operation panel.;SOLUTION: First, a management device 10 collects use histories from respective image forming apparatuses. This information includes, for example, power-on periods of image forming apparatus, the numbers of image formation outputs, periods for which operation panels are used, etc. After the collection, the management device 10 calculates an operation ratio of each image forming apparatus on the basis of collected information. The operation ratio conventionally includes an operation ratio based on the general number of outputs and an operation ratio based on the use period of the operation panel.
