PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for an early alarm for networking equipment.;SOLUTION: An ARP request packet is transmitted at least once to the networking equipment within a detector range, and an ARP response packet is received within a preliminarily set time. In a first determination condition, the number of the ARP response packets is at least the same as the number of the ARP request packets, the correspondence relation between an IP address and a MAC address in the ARP response packet satisfying the first determination condition is stored; an ARP data packet includes the ARP request packet and the ARP response packet; the ARP data packet is monitored; and the early alarm is issued when a second determination condition is satisfied.
